The University Centre of the Guardia Civil (CUGC) is the official venue of the III International Forum on Psychology and Resilience in Security Forces (SFPR 2026), which will be held on 29 April 2026 at its facilities in Aranjuez (Madrid).
The CUGC is an academic institution attached to Carlos III University of Madrid, created with the purpose of promoting university education, applied research, and scientific cooperation in the field of public security and defence. Since its foundation, the centre has consolidated itself as a reference in the higher education of the Guardia Civil and in the development of collaboration programmes with national and international universities. Its modern facilities, located in the historic setting of Aranjuez, house specialised classrooms and laboratories, an auditorium with capacity for more than 700 attendees, meeting rooms, and collaborative work spaces.
The campus combines high-level academic infrastructure with a tranquil and accessible environment, ideal for the professional and scientific exchange that characterises the forum.
During the development of SFPR 2026, the CUGC will host all programme activities, including the plenary, special sessions, communications, and poster exhibitions, guaranteeing the technical and logistical conditions necessary for the proper development of the event.
