The III International Forum on Psychology and Resilience in Security Forces (SFPR 2026) is jointly organised by the University Centre of the Guardia Civil (CUGC) and Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), with the collaboration of the Guardia Civil Psychology Service, the University of Huelva, and the National University of Distance Education (UNED). The Organising Committee of SFPR 2026 is composed of representatives of the organising and collaborating institutions and is responsible for coordinating the academic, logistical, and communication aspects of the event.
The committee is chaired by Lieutenant Colonel Blas Guillamón (CUGC) and Dr. Ricardo Tejeiro (LJMU), and includes members designated by the collaborating entities.
The Organising Committee works in close collaboration with the Scientific Committee to guarantee the academic quality of the programme and the adequate representation of the various participating institutions.
The Scientific Committee of the III International Forum on Psychology and Resilience in Security Forces (SFPR 2026) has the mission of guaranteeing the academic and scientific rigour of the programme, as well as the evaluation and selection of proposals for special sessions, oral communications, and posters submitted to the forum.
This committee, composed of specialists of recognised prestige in the fields of psychology, education, leadership, and resilience in security environments, also acts as an advisory body for the thematic design of the meeting and the review of contributions included in the publications derived from the event.
