Particular consideration will be given to proposals that:

Provide comparative or international perspectives on leadership, psychological management and wellbeing in law enforcement agencies.
All proposals must be submitted by email to the SFPR 2026 Scientific Committee at: sfpr@cugc.es, attaching the completed presentation template in the language in which the presentation will be delivered.
Proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, which will decide on their acceptance based on the following criteria:
Adherence to the required structure: Proposals must strictly follow the format and organisation specified in the corresponding guidelines.
Clarity of presentation and precise use of technical language: The text must be written in a clear and accurate manner.
Innovation in content and thematic approach: Originality will be valued both in the topic addressed and in the perspective adopted. Higher scores will be awarded to proposals that offer novel approaches or explore under-researched areas within the field.
Methodological soundness consistent with the objectives: The coherence and relevance of the methodological design in relation to the research questions will be assessed, including the type of study, techniques employed and criteria for analysis.
Scope and potential impact of the results: Consideration will be given to the possible social, professional or academic impact of the findings, as well as their potential to inform future research or contribute to professional development.
