Accommodation 

The town of Aranjuez, venue of SFPR 2026, is located just 45 km from Madrid, with excellent road and commuter train connections (line C-3 from Madrid-Puerta de Atocha). This location allows attendees to travel and return on the same day of the event, if they so wish. Nevertheless, Aranjuez and its surroundings offer a wide variety of accommodation options, from hotels and historic houses to mid-range establishments and tourist accommodations. The setting combines comfort, cultural heritage, and tranquillity, making it an ideal place for those who prefer to stay overnight before or after the forum. 

In order to facilitate attendance, SFPR 2026 has arranged a special rate with the NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez (€151.35 per night) and Hostal Castilla (€65 per night). A number of rooms have been reserved for forum participants.

Attendees must arrange their own accommodation directly with their chosen hotel or establishment.
